Swedish Massage
Great for relaxation, stress relief, and relief of sore muscles while also improving blood circulation and eliminating toxins from the body. We use scented Pure Fiji oils and finish each massage with a sugar scrub.

Deep Tissue Massage

Our Deep Tissue Massage is the perfect treatment to target areas of tension and tightness in the body caused by stress, poor / incorrect posture and physical strains.
Using slow strokes and sustained deep pressure to focus on underlying layers of muscles and surrounding connective tissue. This treatment focuses in on your main area of concern to ease pain, tension and tightness, and helps to improve mobility. Our Deep Tissue Massage also promotes relaxation and healing through increased circulation.

Reflexology (Feet Massage)

Originating from ancient Chinese medicine, reflexology restores the flow of energy and promotes relaxation and healing throughout the entire body through pressure point massage of the feet.
