We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been miss-published, including prices and promotions.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay in the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position of a certain product may change between this time period. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before your order has been accepted we will notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for out of stock items.

Returns Policy

We are not able to exchange items simply because you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so please take careful consideration when purchasing products from our website. At THE BEAUTY ROOM we require consumers to have completed a skin analysis by one of our qualified beauty therapists who will recommend the correct skin care products for your skin type before purchasing from our website.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
